Under Worthic’s Terms of Service, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Worthic states otherwise. You keep access for the period you have already paid for, and the subscription does not renew after that period ends.
Worthic’s refund policy states that fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or where Worthic expressly agrees in writing. Cancelling therefore does not automatically refund the current billing period or paid add-ons. If you change plans, Worthic may apply account credit for the unused remainder of the current plan rather than issuing a cash refund.
If there are exceptional circumstances, contact Worthic support so the request can be reviewed against the policy.
