Worthic OS gives you several ways to add financial information, depending on how you prefer to work and which features are enabled for your workspace.
For supported financial accounts, you can also use an automatic bank connection. Worthic can securely synchronize available balances and transactions from transactional accounts, as well as supported liability and investment information. Imported transactions enter the normal review workflow so you can confirm, categorize, reconcile, or exclude them.
In the web app, you can add transactions directly to an account, upload supporting documents, and organise them against the correct workspace, reporting line, account, or asset. This is useful for structured admin work, reviewing records, and keeping financial evidence tidy.
The mobile app is designed for quick capture while you are away from your desk, such as uploading a receipt, taking a photo of a document, or submitting information for later review. You are also able to send information through Worthic AI on mobile or web, by asking a question, describing a transaction, or attaching a document for processing.
For recurring workflows, Worthic can support email forwarding, so invoices, statements, receipts, and other documents can be sent into the system without manual upload each time. API-based integrations can also be used, including connections through your own AI agent or automation tools.
If your institution is not available through Worthic’s standard automatic bank connection, a custom integration may still be possible on request. This can help connect a specific bank, broker, system, or document source used by your household, business, or professional practice.
