Yes, Worthic enables multiple users per workspace, but the number of available user slots is subscription plan dependent. Some plans may be restricted to single user access.
Multi-user access allows additional account users to collaborate on, or view, your workspace data and documents.
As the workspace owner you have full control over the level of access a user has, and the reporting lines within the workspace that they can see or edit. For example, if your accountant only needs to view data and download documents specific to your rental property, he can be assigned a Viewer role, scoped to the specific real estate reporting line.
User roles and scope can be updated or revoked by the workspace owner at any time.
To invite an additional user, send an invite link from your account dashboard workspace settings. The invitee will be prompted to create a Worthic account free of charge, after which they will be able to access the workspace from their account dashboard.
