Once you have created your Worthic account, the first step is to enter a workspace. You can either create a new workspace for yourself, your household, your firm, or a client, or join an existing workspace if someone has invited you.
Inside the workspace, create the reporting lines you want to track. A reporting line might represent you personally, a business, a property, a trust, or another financial subject. This gives your financial data a clear structure from the start.
Next, add the accounts and assets linked to those reporting lines. These could include bank accounts, credit cards, loans, investment accounts, properties, vehicles, or other assets and liabilities.
From there, you can start submitting information: upload documents, add transactions, import or record investment holdings, and attach financial activity to the correct account and reporting line.
The goal is simple: set up the structure first, then let Worthic organise the financial evidence around it.
