Worthic has a document management system consisting of a document library with linked documents, a document inbox for documents requiring user review, and a My files path where each user can manage other personal documents, which may not necessarily be linked to workspace data or linked to a reporting line or account.
When a new document is received, Worthic will analyse it, categorise it, extract the data, and suggest a library path for the document. If the system has a high confidence in the context of the document, a document may be auto-assigned to a Worthic HQ library path, organised by reporting line or account. These are documents linked to individual transactions, accounts or reporting lines.
Where there is lower confidence, the user will be asked to review the suggested treatment of the document, edit it if necessary, or mark as Review later. After user confirmation, the document is then committed to the workspace library. Documents that have been assigned to a Worthic HQ library folder can be found in the library, under the Documents workspace tab.
Documents that have been marked to review later, documents received by email or other automation, or documents where the review process was closed by the user before confirmation, can be found in the document inbox. Once reviewed and assigned, it is committed to the library filing system.
Recent documents can be seen in the Recents folder of the library, and selecting a document will show the document details, including the library path and linked account or reporting line, in the selected document pane to the right.
User files that have been uploaded using the "My files" or "User files" options, or specified as such during AI chat, can be found in the My files path in the document library.
If you are looking for a specific document that you recently uploaded, the quickest way is to check the library Recents folder and the Inbox. These are the places to trace recent document activity.
