No. Worthic does not require every transaction to be manually reviewed before it can contribute to account balances, cashflow, and reporting.
When Worthic extracts or imports transactions with high enough confidence, it automatically allocates them to the relevant workspace, account, and reporting line. Those transactions are included in balances, cashflow views, and reports, so your financial picture can update without waiting for manual processing of every line item.
Automatically added transactions remain clearly marked as review pending. This means they are usable in reporting, but still visible as items that need human confirmation. You can edit, split, reassign, or reject them at any time if the allocation is not correct.
Where Worthic cannot extract meaningful data, or cannot allocate a document or transaction confidently, it does not force a weak match. AI may ask for clarifying information, especially when you upload through AI chat. For externally imported documents, unclear documents may be assigned to the document library inbox for user review and allocation.
You can improve extraction and allocation by giving context when uploading through AI chat, and by including the correct workspace ID when forwarding documents by email, especially if you belong to multiple workspaces.
Over time, extraction and allocation improve as Worthic learns from patterns, prior decisions, document sources, and the relationship between documents, accounts, and reporting lines.
