You can create a Worthic account without entering payment information. This lets you sign in and access your account area, but creating a new workspace requires an active subscription, which includes the free trial.
To start a free trial for a new workspace, you will need to provide payment details. You will not be charged during the trial period, and you can cancel before the trial ends if you decide Worthic is not right for you. If you cancel before the start of the first billing period, no payment will be deducted.
If someone invites you to an existing workspace, you can join that workspace without taking out your own subscription. In that case, access is controlled by the workspace owner or administrator, and billing is handled through that workspace rather than your personal account.
So, in short: no payment details are needed to create an account, but they are needed to start a new workspace trial.
Credit card information is kept securely by our payment provider and not retained after you cancel a subscription.
