Worthic accepts a wide range of financial and administrative documents. You can upload bank statements, credit card statements, loan and mortgage statements, transaction histories, invoices, receipts, rental receipts, payslips, tax documents, insurance documents, contracts, valuation records, property documents, investment statements, broker reports, dividend histories, capital gains schedules, account confirmations, and other supporting financial records.
Documents can relate to personal finances, businesses, properties, investment accounts, liabilities, income sources, expenses, or general administration. Worthic uses the document content and any context you provide to help assign each document to the correct workspace, reporting line, account, asset, or document library path.
Worthic supports common file types used in financial workflows. These include PDFs, images and photos, CSV files, and Excel spreadsheets. Image uploads are useful for receipts, letters, statements, or paper documents captured on a phone. PDFs are useful for bank, broker, tax, property, and administrative documents. CSV and Excel files are useful for transaction histories, account exports, investment records, and structured data imports.
Where Worthic can extract meaningful information, it can use the document to create or support transactions, update account history, link evidence to existing records, or classify the document in the library. Where the document cannot be confidently understood or allocated, it can be placed in the library inbox for user review.
The general rule is simple: if the document helps explain your financial position, income, expenses, assets, liabilities, tax, or records, it belongs in Worthic.
