AI Insights helps you understand what deserves attention without having to inspect every account, transaction, target or report individually. Worthic reviews the information available in your workspace and presents the most useful observations as concise insight cards.
The aim is not to overwhelm you with every possible statistic. Instead, Worthic selects a focused set of signals that can help you understand what is changing, whether you are moving towards your goals and what you may want to do next.
What AI Insights can highlight
Insight cards may cover areas such as:
- progress towards monthly targets and longer-term goals;
- whether recent cashflow is helping or working against a goal;
- current income, expenses and net cashflow;
- material changes compared with the previous period;
- missing or incomplete budget coverage;
- transactions, documents or account issues needing review;
- investment performance or portfolio attention points;
- real estate performance, occupancy or administration;
- setup steps that would make Worthic’s analysis more useful; and
- processing failures or other important warnings.
Where you have configured goals, Worthic can compare the current value with the target and show the remaining gap. It can also consider the effect of your recent three- and six-period cashflow. For example, an insight may explain that positive cashflow is supporting a liquidity goal, or that recent outflows are making a debt-reduction or net-worth goal harder to reach.
How the cards are presented
AI Insights appear as compact cards or rows within relevant Worthic pages. Each card normally includes:
- a coloured status indicator;
- a short title;
- a plain-language summary;
- additional detail where useful; and
- an action link when there is a logical next step.
The colour helps communicate the nature or urgency of the signal. Blue and green generally represent informational or positive observations, amber highlights something to watch, and red identifies a more urgent issue.
The Dashboard shows a small selection of the highest-value insights so that the page remains easy to scan. Select More to open the extended list, which can include additional detail and direct actions. Other modules—such as Accounts, Investments and Real Estate—show insights relevant to that part of the workspace.
Taking action from an insight
Many cards provide a direct action such as Open goals, Review budgets, Review cashflow, Add account or Open Real Estate. Selecting the action takes you to the relevant Worthic page, where you can inspect the underlying information and make any required changes.
An insight does not change your financial records by itself. It points you towards the information or setup that may need attention, while leaving the final decision with you.
How Worthic chooses insights
Worthic first evaluates verified workspace information, such as balances, transactions, cashflow history, budgets, targets, documents, investments and property records. It creates possible insights from this evidence and then prioritizes those that are relevant, actionable and sufficiently confident.
AI may help select and phrase the most useful cards, but it cannot invent figures or introduce information that is not supported by Worthic’s underlying data. If AI is temporarily unavailable, Worthic can still present suitable evidence-based insights.
The visible cards can rotate over time so that useful observations are not permanently hidden behind the same few items. Worthic also avoids showing unnecessary duplicates and gives greater priority to important failures, risks and setup blockers.
Refreshing AI Insights
Insights update as your workspace data changes. Importing transactions, reviewing documents, updating budgets or targets, and changing account information can produce different cards.
You can also use the refresh control where available. Worthic may briefly limit repeated manual refreshes, and a refresh will only produce different results if the underlying information or prioritization has changed.
Improving the quality of your insights
AI Insights become more useful when Worthic has complete and current information. For the best results:
- keep account balances and transactions up to date;
- categorise and confirm outstanding transactions;
- add monthly targets and longer-term goals;
- create budget lines for active income and expense categories; and
- maintain relevant investment and real estate records.
Worthic may occasionally show setup or budget-coverage cards when missing information limits what it can meaningfully assess.
