Choosing your subscription
Worthic offers subscription plans designed around the level of access, collaboration, reporting capacity and automation a user needs. Our lower tier Foundation plan is suited to individuals looking for a powerful and flexible app for single-user work, whilst our higher tiers add broader capabilities such as multi-user access, real estate support, API access, agentic access, emailed document intake and expanded reporting capacity. New users can select a plan during onboarding or continue without a subscription and manage billing later from Account settings. Subscription checkout is handled through Worthic’s secure payment flow, and users must accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before starting checkout.
Billing periods and automatic renewal
Plans can be billed monthly or annually where pricing is available. The product currently supports a 14-day free trial on subscription plans: users can cancel before the trial expires and will not be charged. By subscribing, users authorise Worthic or its payment processor to charge recurring subscription fees according to the selected plan and billing interval. The Billing area shows the current plan, status, billing interval, renewal date and whether the subscription is set to cancel at period end.
Add-ons
Worthic supports add-ons for extra capacity, currently including additional workspace entitlement. Add-ons can be billed monthly or annually as a separate add-on linked to the user’s account subscription. When users add or update an add-on, changes are charged pro-rata to the end of the current subscription billing period. Users can also cancel add-on auto-renewal from Billing, in which case the add-on remains available until the relevant period ends, unless stated otherwise.
Taxes
Worthic’s published prices are exclusive of taxes. Any VAT, sales tax, GST or similar charge required in your jurisdiction is calculated and added at checkout based on your location and billing information. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, Worthic’s Merchant of Record, which is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable taxes; the final amount, including tax, is shown before you confirm payment and recorded on your invoice.
Cancellations
Users can cancel subscription auto-renewal from Account settings > Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless Worthic states otherwise. Cancelling the main subscription will also cancel add-on services, stop future charges, and deactivate owned workspaces at the end of the current billing period. Workspace data is retained and can be exported by workspace users. If you would like to also delete your workspace data, you can delete workspaces from the individual workspace's settings.
Deleting your account
Closing an account starts an account-deletion process. Owned workspaces are placed into deletion flow, workspace access is disabled, and export remains available from the account console until the deletion period ends. Worthic’s Terms state that deleted workspace data and documents are retained for 14 days to allow export and recovery before production data is scheduled for deletion or de-identification, subject to limited legal, billing, security and backup retention. If account deletion is cancelled in time, workspace access is restored and a related subscription may be reactivated with auto-billing resumed.
Refund policy
In accordance with our Terms of service, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where Worthic expressly agrees in writing. Plan changes may result in account credit for the unused remainder of the current plan according to the billing process in effect.
