The main workspace settings and actions are available from the settings menu within the workspace module. Additionally, workspace-specific notification settings can be managed from the workspace card settings menu in the account dashboard.
Workspace profile settings
Workspace profile settings are available to workspace owners only and controls the workspace’s basic settings:
- Workspace name. This is the display name of the workspace. It does not affect workspace ID.
- Created date and owner. For display only. To find out how to change ownership, see workspace ownership and actions.
- Workspace currency. This is the default workspace reporting currency. For more information on how currencies work within Worthic OS, see multi-currency handling.
- Amount display and Date format. These are owner preferences and affect amount and date display across the workspace.
- Time zone. For more on how this setting affects workspace reporting, see workspace time zone.
- Cashflow reporting period. The workspace monthly cashflow reporting period can be set as calendar months or an offset day range.
For example, if 25 is set as the offset day range, reporting will be from the 25th of each month to the 24th of the following month. Changing the reporting period will also change how previous months are reported.
Date determination is affected by the workspace time zone setting.
Reporting lines
This is where reporting lines can be created, viewed or edited. Only workspace owners can create new reporting lines or edit existing ones. For more information on reporting lines, see reporting lines.
Accounts
This is where workspace accounts are created, viewed and edited. Only workspace owners and editors can create new accounts or edit existing ones. For more information on creating and editing accounts, see account basics.
Integrations
Worthic separates integration concepts into a few different categories:
- API access: external tools or systems calling Worthic’s API directly. This is for structured machine access into Worthic, with scopes, roles, expiry, and permission controls.
- Connections: long-lived authenticated links to external services.
- Import sources: places where documents or data arrive into Worthic.
- Automation hooks: configured actions that Worthic triggers when something happens.
For more information on existing integrations, see the Integrations section of this knowledge base.
Audit/activity
The audit and activity section provides the workspace owner with an overview of recent activity and changes in the workspace. For more information see workspace audit trail.
