The Workspace dashboard brings key financial measures together in several summary cards. Values are shown in the workspace reporting currency and respond to the user’s permitted scope.
The four top cards
- Net worth shows the current ownership-adjusted value of the workspace’s assets less liabilities. Worthic calculates it from live accounts, investments, real estate and other assets, applies relevant ownership percentages and subtracts liabilities. The card shows the calculation date and, where full reporting-line access and a saved snapshot are available, the change since the latest snapshot. If the live calculation fails, Worthic can fall back to the latest complete snapshot.
- Cash / liquidity totals the latest values of transactional accounts in scope, such as current, cheque and savings accounts. The card also shows how many accounts contribute to the total. It does not include investment portfolios, property values or available credit. If no live transactional accounts are available, Worthic may use the accounts component from the latest full net worth snapshot.
- Monthly cashflow shows income less expenses for the current workspace reporting period and compares the result with the previous period where available. It follows either the calendar month or the workspace’s custom monthly cycle and uses only transactions linked to included reporting lines and visible accounts. Select the Detailed cashflow card below it to review categories, budgets, savings rate and underlying transactions.
- Total liabilities adds the absolute balances of visible liability accounts, including relevant loans, credit facilities and mortgages. The card shows the number of contributing accounts. If no live liability balance is available, Worthic may use the liabilities component from the latest full net worth snapshot.
Accounts card
The Accounts card summarizes active accounts in the workspace. It separates them into Cash and banking, Liability, and Asset and investment account counts. It also highlights transactions awaiting confirmation and uncategorized transactions; select either metric to open the corresponding filtered Accounts workbench view. Use Add more to create another account. Archived and closed accounts are excluded.
Real estate card
The Real estate card shows the number of active real estate reporting lines in scope and their combined tracked value. Values are converted into the workspace reporting currency. Select View real estate overview to open the Real Estate workspace for property-level cashflow, valuations, documents and operating information. If no active Real Estate reporting line is included, the card displays an empty state.
Investments card
The Investments card shows the combined portfolio value, number of tracked investment accounts and annualised ROI for included detailed-tracking investment and asset accounts. The calculation can incorporate holdings, linked investment cash accounts, investment transactions and performance rollups. Select View investments overview to inspect individual accounts and portfolio performance. Balance-only asset accounts may contribute elsewhere on the dashboard but are not counted as tracked investment accounts on this card.
